Location

Hybrid role based in the Denver, Colorado market, offering a balance of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.

Note

This role requires active admission to the Colorado Bar and 4+ years of litigation experience in insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability, insurance coverage, or related civil litigation.

Job Description

• Defend civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Handle cases involving insurance bad faith, personal injury, premises liability, and property damage
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery with a high level of precision and strategy
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written advocacy
• Take and defend depositions and assist with trial preparation
• Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on litigation strategy
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Bar license in good standing
• 4+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Deposition experience and litigation motion practice preferred
• Professional communication skills and sound judgment
