Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for investigating, tracking, and evaluation the initial review and credit line recommendation for all KMFC Dealer Applications applying for a floor plan line of credit.
- Responsible for the analysis, evaluation, and review of complex Buy-Sell agreements, entity organizational structures, and understanding lines of ownership structure (individual & corporate), and making recommendations to seek additional information and/or a course of action to resolve pending applications.
- Conducts annual dealer credit reviews to ensure credit line requirements are appropriately balanced against credit risk.
- Maintains current knowledge base of economic trends in industry to predict probable success of new dealers.
- Evaluates results of investigations, prepares reports of findings, and suggests credit limitations to management.
- Directs the investigation and accumulation of information to help determine credit lines and/or new dealership applications.
- Develops ratios to determine financial condition of selected dealers.
- Maintains database of financial statements and information.
- Oversees and verifies accumulated financial information and makes educated recommendations for credit lines.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent from four-year college is required; and minimum three years related experience and/or training in a credit analysis environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Exhibits excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates the ability to successfully prioritize and organize multiple, competing tasks.
- Is extremely detail and deadline oriented.
- Brings energy and enthusiasm to group or team efforts.
- Has solid knowledge and experience working with Microsoft's Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access software.
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000
