Key Responsibilities
Lead a specialized client portfolio and nurture relationships to grow a profitable book of business
Ensure alignment between organizational objectives and client needs to maintain profitable growth
Develop short and long-term business strategies, including expanded offerings and solutions aligned with market trends
Required Qualifications
15+ years of business leadership experience, preferably in the customer experience industry
In-depth knowledge of customer experience with enterprise-level technology industry clients
Proven ability to optimize large-scale, distributed environments and understand financial metrics of service delivery
Experience serving large, complex Fortune 500 clients in fast-paced environments
Demonstrated success in influencing and managing within matrix organizations
