Hours :

• 4 : 30 pm- 1 : 00 am (Monday-Friday)
• Overtime may be required based on business needs

Compensation :

At S&C, we provide competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, with a commitment to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated hourly base pay rate for this position is $20.25 per hour. This role is also eligible for S&C's annual short-term incentive bonus, subject to eligibility criteria.

Are you passionate about assembly? S&C Electric Company is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Vista & Vista SD Assembly team. As an Assembler , you'll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team. In this job, you will assemble VISTA units and corresponding subassemblies. You will work in a production environment, engage in continuous productive activity, and must meet requirements within time constraints. This is an assembly line operation involving as many as six stations. Initially you will be assigned to one station but will need to be flexible and open to working additional stations as business needs require. Tasks require a high degree of eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity, and the use of both hands and arms on a repetitive basis for a full range of motion. You will frequently use hand and power tools; occasionally work while standing on ladders; and occasionally work inside tight compartments.
