Key Responsibilities
Manage administrative tasks for loan applications, including gathering customer documents and preparing loan packages
Assist customers with e-signing and e-consent, and update Encompass as needed
Keep Sales Managers updated on loan statuses and expiration dates
Required Qualifications
1+ years of related experience in Administrative Support or the mortgage industry
High school diploma required
Entry level knowledge of the residential mortgage industry and applicable regulatory compliance
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Products
