Responsibilities :
- Welcome guests and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department, creating a positive first impression.
- Maintain the front desk area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and orderly.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, as well as coordinate deliveries efficiently.
- Schedule and oversee conference room bookings, including preparation and technology setup for meetings.
- Monitor office supply inventory, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages or excess.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and updating internal directories.
- Address inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization to visitors and callers.
