Key Responsibilities
Set up a talent tech stack and revamp hiring processes with AI-driven workflows
Own end-to-end searches for various roles, including senior-level Product Leaders
Collaborate with the PeopleOps team to enhance recruitment initiatives and monitor recruiting data
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of recruiting experience across various roles
Experience in-house with smaller, high-growth companies
Ability to work with organizational leaders and executives
Familiarity with recruiting metrics and actionable insights
Proficiency in using a variety of recruiting tools, including AI-driven solutions
