Location : Spokane, WA

Schedule : Monday – Thursday, 6 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM (4×10 work week)

Pay : $35.00 – $40.00 per hour (DOE)

We’re seeking a hands-on Machine Shop Supervisor to lead a skilled team of machinists in a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC professional with strong working knowledge of machine shop operations who enjoys leading people, improving processes, and ensuring high-quality results.

What You’ll Do

Supervise 5–10 machinists operating CNC lathes, mills, manual machines, grinders, and lappers.

Set daily priorities, delegate work, and ensure production goals are met.

Promote a strong culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability.

Train and mentor team members to build skills and efficiency.

Monitor quality and job progress; communicate updates to operations leadership.

Identify process improvements and assist with equipment and workflow optimization.

Maintain training records and ensure compliance with all company and safety standards.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of machine shop experience, preferably in a lead or supervisory role.

Strong CNC background, including programming and setup.

Working knowledge of machine shop practices, tools, and equipment.

Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass pre-employment screenings.
