We are seeking a seasoned Title Sales Professional to drive new business growth and expand referral partnerships across multiple markets. This is a fully remote, nationwide role designed for a sales professional who already understands the title insurance landscape and knows how to successfully sell within it. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new title insurance opportunities while serving as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the sales and closing process. Success in this role requires industry credibility, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new title insurance business through outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship-driven sales efforts
- Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with real estate agents, lenders, mortgage brokers, attorneys, investors, and developers
- Identify client needs and present appropriate title insurance and settlement solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through onboarding and ongoing account management
- Partner closely with internal title, escrow, and operations teams to ensure seamless closings and high client satisfaction
- Track and manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed revenue goals
- Represent the organization professionally at industry events, meetings, and virtual networking opportunities
- Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings within the title insurance industry
Qualifications
Prior experience selling title insurance is requiredStrong understanding of residential and / or commercial title and closing processesExisting industry relationships and referral networks preferredDemonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsHighly self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fully remote environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals and priorities simultaneouslyCompensation
Base salary : $80,000 $100,000, commensurate with experienceAdditional performance-based incentives and commissions tied directly to sales productionFully remote role with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States
