Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations

Position Summary...

What youll do...

At Walmart were seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee the predictive and preventative maintenance of our facilities within a regional this role youll lead a team of dedicated technicians ensuring our buildings operate efficiently and sustainably while providing a safe and comfortable environment for our associates and customers. Role Detail :

• Oversees all general predictive and preventative maintenance of overall building (Plumbing Electrical Structural etc.) for multiple facilities within the region. (Usually less than 200-mile radius)
• Directly leads technicians that conduct the hands-on maintenance at the facilities. (10 15 Direct Reports)
• Would require approximately 50% or more travel within the region.
• Leads motivates and develops technicians
• Works directly with Store Managers on their facility services needs
• Leads daily calls with technicians and holds them accountable
• Oversees budget
• Manages and evaluate workload
• Ensure tickets are being escalated properly
• Works directly with different vendors and contractors if needed
• Reporting and analytics
• Recruiting and hiring of technicians

The annual salary range for this position is $90000.00 - $180000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelors degree in Engineering Architecture Construction Management or related field and 3 years experience in facilities management construction management mechanical maintenance engineering or related area OR 5 years experience in facilities management construction management mechanical maintenance engineering or related area.

EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
