Security Engineer

Security Engineer | Network & Cloud Security | St. Louis, MO | Hybrid / Flexible

We are seeking a Network Security Engineer to manage, plan, and monitor the security of the firm’s network and cloud environments. This role is a technical expert in firewall operations, load balancing, vulnerability management, and cloud security, helping protect critical information systems and data.

What You’ll Do :

Configure, manage, and monitor firewalls and VPNs

Implement security policies and procedures to safeguard firm data

Oversee vulnerability management programs and conduct security assessments

Support cloud security initiatives and monitor real-time alerts

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security solutions and problem resolution

Recommend and implement new technologies, processes, and practices to enhance security

What You Bring :

5+ years in network or information security engineering

Hands-on experience with firewalls (Palo Alto preferred) and load balancing (F5)

Cloud security experience (Azure, AWS, or Google)

Strong knowledge of vulnerability management and security assessment processes

Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication

Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH) preferred but not required
