Key Responsibilities
Provides outstanding customer service and supports operational execution improvements
Manages customer account activity including order fulfillment, backorders, and product change requests
Acts as a liaison for outsourced services related to invoicing and reimbursement, resolving customer issues
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of experience preferred
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment preferred
Highly motivated and able to work effectively within a team preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to build solid relationships preferred
