Opportunity : RN - PCU Job Details : Work on a 17-bed Transplant Progressive Care Unit (617 Solid Organ Transplant) Located on 6 East West floor Patient ratio of 1 : 4 (estimated) Work with 6 RNs and 1 PCT per shift on both day and night shifts Required to work 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period Required certifications : BLS and ACLS Must demonstrate strong time management skills Float to all acute care areas including med surg, general surgery, renal transplant, telemetry, neuro, and orthopedics Typical procedures include general surgeries, kidney transplants, and pre-liver work-ups Use Meditech EMR system Dress code requires royal blue scrubs No specialized equipment requirements Facility : This healthcare facility operates a specialized 17-bed Solid Organ Transplant Progressive Care Unit that provides comprehensive care for transplant patients.
