The In-Store Solutions Expert position will work in-store in Lakeland, FL. This position requires strong technical repair and sales knowledge for mobile devices as well as exemplary customer service skills to ensure an excellent client experience. In Store Tech Solutions Experts have great passion for technology and connecting customers to products that enhance their everyday lives. The In Store Solutions Expert will work inside a retail store, and be the face of ubreakifix, delivering award-winning, personalized customer experiences.

We help people do more with their technology and stay connected on all of their devices. We provide our customers with simple, helpful advice to get the most from their technology, assistance to fix any technology issues they have and protection of their devices to ensure they quickly get a replacement or repair if anything does go wrong.

Primary Responsibilities

• Build rapport with clients both in store and over the phone to ensure we can address their needs and provide a solution.
• Provide repair and replacement estimates.
• Repairs : Perform repairs on clients' mobile devices (cell phones and tablets).
• Sales : Offer partner services and explain their benefits to each client.
• Meet or exceed key performance objectives, including sales and client satisfaction goals.
