A company is looking for a Mainframe Technical Support professional.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for online transaction processing software, including middleware management (CICS, MQSeries)
Diagnose and resolve mainframe software issues while monitoring software performance
Conduct staff training, create technical documentation, and ensure compliance with security policies
Required Qualifications
Experience with CICS, z / OS, SMP / E, and Unix System Services
Proficiency in installing and maintaining CICS and MQSeries on z / OS
Knowledge of IBM Job Control Language (JCL) and JES2
Familiarity with CICS security and performance tuning
Ability to lead projects and mentor team members
