Job Description

• Oversee and manage commercial construction sites from start to finish.
• Supervise project staff, subcontractors, and coordinate with other superintendents.
• Track project costs, schedules, and ensure adherence to estimates.
• Resolve on-site issues with labor, materials, equipment, and contracts.
• Maintain safety compliance and accurate project documentation (RFIs, change orders).
• Build strong relationships with team members and subcontractors to ensure project success

The Successful Applicant

• 6+ years of experience with a General Contractor on commercial projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating subcontractors.
• Familiar with construction software and up-to-date on industry trends.
