Department-Specific Responsibilities
- Provides application admin. support for the IUSD Clinical Systems.
- Works with vendors for support and maintenance of applications.
- Provides application tech support to students, faculty, and staff.
- Completes special projects.
- Creates and maintains documentation of work processes.
- Creates and provides training materials.
General Responsibilities
Provides customer support through provisioning, creation of projects or workspaces within applications, and / or customizing products to customer specifications. Troubleshoots and analyzes problems and bugs in applications and products.Supports the testing and production use of applications and products.Performs upgrades, releases, customization, and documentation of work according to team's established methodology.Collaborates with technical and functional business clients and teams within the central information technology organization.Assists in project planning, formulating objectives, estimating tasks and evaluation of customer requests.Qualifications

This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus.
