Graduate Student Success Coordinator

Position Summary
The Graduate Student Success Coordinator oversees academic advising and academic interventions for graduate students from the School of Business and Entrepreneurship the College of Arts and Sciences and graduate programs in Education. The coordinator facilitates a comprehensive academic support and engagement model that supports student achievement and growth reflected in retention and persistence metrics across these graduate programs. They collaborate with constituents across campus to support an infrastructure for graduate student tutoring services in response to student and accreditation needs. The coordinator serves as liaison to Student Disability Services and Testing Services. They lead and facilitate Graduate Assistant orientation and programming. The coordinator establishes and maintains strong relationships with Program Directors staff and stakeholders involved in serving graduate students. Evening and weekend work may be required.
