• 8am-5pm with weeknight call and weekend rounding
• 18 patients per day with 4 admissions and 4 discharges daily
• Inpatient rehabilitation facility
• Adult inpatient rehabilitation no procedures required
• Patient mix : 25% neuro, 25% ortho, 50% general rehab
• Average length of stay is 10 days
• Patients sustain at least 3 hours of exercise daily
• No trauma patients
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
