Our client, a nationally recognized AM100 defense law firm, is seeking Employment Attorneys licensed in Arizona to join their high-performing team. This role is ideal for litigators with 1+ years of experience handling employment-related disputes, including multi-plaintiff lawsuits, wage and hour collective actions, and PAGA claims.

Key Responsibilities
Manage employment litigation from start to finish
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Conduct depositions and participate in mediations
Handle multi-plaintiff and class action matters, or single-plaintiff FEHA cases
Collaborate with a nationwide team under experienced trial specialists
Requirements
1+ year of relevant employment litigation experience
Active Arizona bar license (or ability to obtain)
Strong legal writing, analytical, and case management skills
Proactive, organized, and able to manage cases independently
