Route Manager/ Sales

• POSITION SUMMARY

The Pest Control Specialist or Route Manager/ Sales is responsible for providing services that prevent and or eliminate pest infestation and damage in buildings, homes and surrounding structures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Ability to solve and communicate effectively with customers, office and managers
• Review and follow instructions for pest treatment based on service orders and or contracts.
• Perform pest control treatments at homes and commercial structures according to service standards
• Apply treatment at specified level according to label requirements
• Adhere to all safety procedures
• Documenting all work performed and provide information to service/office accurately and consistently
• Ensure work is performed in conjunction with established policies and procedures to provide consistent and quality service for each customer
• Reviewing and complete various documents such as completed work orders and timesheets
• Properly maintain service equipment
• Maintain up-to-date state licensing
• Attend required meeting
• Performing other work-related duties as assigned/ including sales, cold calls on residential & commercial prospects

• Branch 2 Structural Pest Control license
