The Plant Controller is a strategic finance leader responsible for overseeing financial operations across multiple manufacturing facilities. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, drives operational efficiency, and supports decision-making aligned with corporate goals. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

Key responsibilities include :

• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for each plant.
• Consolidating financial results and providing executive-level reporting.
• Monitoring and improving plant-level KPIs.
• Managing standard costing and variance analysis.
• Overseeing inventory valuation and reconciliation across sites.
• Partnering with operations to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborating with plant managers and leads to align financial and operational strategies.
• Supporting capital expenditure planning and ROI analysis.
• Participating in cross-functional initiatives to improve productivity.
• Maintaining and enhancing ERP / accounting systems in coordination with the CFO.
• Ensuring timely and accurate month-end close processes.
• Implementing internal controls and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
