Setting : Skilled Nursing Facility

Patient Type : Adult and Geriatric Patients

Shift : Days (Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday ONLY)

Hours : 40 hours per week - 5x 8hr shifts

OT : OT Available

EMR : Nethealth

Number of Patients per day : 8-12
