Location : 1011 Boundary Street Northwest, Mandan, ND 58554, USA

Shift : 8 Hours - Day Shifts

Weekly Hours : 24.00

Salary Range : $19.00 - $25.50

Sign-On Bonus : $2,500!

Job Summary : As a Nursing Assistant, you will be a crucial caregiver for our residents during scheduled shifts, providing personalized nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Your role is vital in ensuring age-appropriate care addressing both physical and psychological needs as outlined in individual care plans.

Your responsibilities will include :

Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing

Monitoring and recording vital signs

Providing emotional support and personal care

Assisting with mobility and exercise routines and ensuring proper transfer techniques

Preparing meals and creating a positive dining experience

Documenting care and communicating any changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing staff

Supporting wellness and recreational programs

Maintaining cleanliness and organization in living areas

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED preferred (not mandatory)

Minimum age of 16 years old

Previous experience in long-term care preferred

Must hold a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in accordance with state laws or be enrolled in a training program

Willingness to complete ongoing education and competency testing each year
