Responsibilities
Brainstorm TikTok concepts for a variety of clients (B2B, B2C, corporate, lifestyle, etc.)
Develop fully formed concepts, including : Hooks; Scripts; On-screen text; Visual references and examples
Edit TikToks that are native to the platform and aligned with each brand’s voice and guidelines
Apply trend awareness thoughtfully—knowing when to lean in and when not to
Execute fast turnarounds while maintaining quality and brand consistency
Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and take creative direction clearly and professionally
Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and pop culture moments
Adapt concepts and edits based on performance insights and feedback
Requirements
Proven experience creating and editing TikToks for brands or agencies
Strong understanding of TikTok trends, internet culture, and pop culture
Deep knowledge of social media best practices
Ability to think creatively and strategically at the same time
Fast, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable reporting to a Creative Director and working within established creative direction
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Examples of edited TikToks for brands (not just personal content)
Preferred
Experience working in an agency environment
Familiarity with performance metrics and what drives TikTok engagement
Light motion graphics or advanced text animation skills
