Job Title : Inpatient Unit Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inpatient Unit Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the unit, ensuring that high-quality patient care is delivered in a safe and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in nursing leadership and patient care. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Inpatient Unit Supervisor will be responsible for :

• Overseeing the allocation of staff resources to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintaining accurate records and reports related to patient care and unit performance
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve shared goals and objectives
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Providing guidance and support to junior staff members
