Our Program Managers work together with our Direct Support Professionals to help people find joy in living in their own homes.

It is a perfect job for those interested in the fields of nursing, medical support, social work, behavior support, and therapy, but anyone with a desire to help others will find it rewarding and meaningful.

Completion of daily documentation You Will Gain: Experience with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, including autism, acquired brain injury, Down syndrome, and many other unique needs. DSP caregiving skills Knowledge of medical, psychological, and social supports Positive Behavior Support, relationship-building, and communication skills Management, Leadership, Mediation, and Conflict Resolution skills Amazing time with the most wonderful people you’ll ever meet!

Requirements:

• Ability to drive personal and company vehicles. Requires our drivers to be at least 21 years of age and have at least 3 years of driving experience. Current Nevada DL that meets our safety standards.

Job Type:

• Full-time Pay: $18.50 per hour Benefits: Danville offers voluntary benefits that meet the needs of its employees and their families.
