Job Description

Sellers & Associates is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to support Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) programs. The successful candidate will design, develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint-based solutions that enable collaboration, document management, workflow automation, and data visibility in support of mission-critical Navy operations.

This role supports NAVWAR efforts to modernize information sharing, improve business processes, and enhance operational efficiency across information warfare, program management, training, and logistics domains.

Job Requirements

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online and / or SharePoint On-Premise solutions in accordance with NAVWAR requirements.
• Build and customize sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions to support program and operational needs.
• Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) integrated with SharePoint.
• Support document management, records management, and information governance in compliance with DoD and Navy policies.
• Implement and maintain workflow automation to streamline business and program management processes.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver capabilities on schedule.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of SharePoint environments.
• Ensure solutions comply with DoD cybersecurity requirements , RMF controls, and data protection standards.
• Develop technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
