About the Role
We are seeking a dependable Wildlife & Exclusion Technician to join our expanding team. This role focuses on identifying wildlife issues, performing humane removal, and completing exclusion work to prevent future intrusions.
If you enjoy physical work, problem-solving, and making customers feel safe in their homes, this job is for you. Training is provided for the right candidate.
What Youll Do
- Inspect attics, crawlspaces, roofs, and structures for animal entry points
- Perform humane wildlife trapping, removal, and relocation according to regulations
- Install exclusion materials (e.g., sealing entry points, screening vents, chimney caps)
- Repair minor structural areas impacted by wildlife
- Identify signs of rodent, squirrel, raccoon, bat, or bird activity
- Communicate findings clearly and professionally with customers
- Operate company vehicle, ladders, and tools safely
- Complete service reports and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service and safety support

Licensing
