Obstetrics and Gynecology opening in Augusta, ME - Full-time, permanent position - Employed opportunity Position Overview : An exciting opportunity is available for an OB / GYN to join a well-established and growing practice at a state-of-the-art medical center in Augusta, Maine. This role offers a comprehensive scope of women's health services within a supportive and experienced team environment. Key Responsibilities : - Clinical Care : Provide a wide range of obstetric and gynecologic care, including routine and high-risk obstetrics, routine womens health, and GYN procedures.- Team Collaboration : Work closely with a team of 4 physicians, 5 midwives, and 3 advanced practice practitioners, as well as pediatric professionals and a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.- Call Schedule : Manageable 1 : 8 weekday and 1 : 8 weekend call schedule.- Teaching : Collaborate with residents and contribute to their education. Qualifications : - Experience : Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.- Skills : Ability to provide state-of-the-art care for both routine and high-risk conditions. Strong collaboration skills and experience working in a team-oriented environment.
