Group Product Manager

A company is looking for a Group Product Manager to lead multiple product teams in driving strategic vision and product development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of product managers, providing guidance and performance feedback

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy across multiple product lines

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

At least 7 years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role

Proven track record of launching and scaling complex products in a fast-paced environment

Strong understanding of product development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum

Experience in mentoring and developing product managers
