Raytheon is seeking a Director Operations / Supply Chain Management for the Naval Power (Shipboard Missiles) strategic business unit. The candidate will be responsible for directly leading a team of Program Operations Managers and Material Program Managers while overseeing a dynamic and complex individual will be responsible for developing and executing programs operations and supply chain strategies long-range planning material forecasting oversight quarterly EACs reviews Metrics and Data Analytics and the overall execution of the program(s).

The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communications skills to influence and communicate effectively across multiple areas outside of ones own job function as well as with parties external to the organization.

What You Will Do :

• Working closely with Program Management Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) EngineeringQuality Production Control and Procurement to ensure successful supplier / factory management and execution in supporting program needs and requirements
• Long range planning AOP responsibility and generation Quarterly EAC reviews Material Sales Forecasting material budget / target and Risk & Opportunity Management
• Customer Proposal & Gate Review Support
• Develop and execute Material Strategies which support Customer requirements and meet Program objectives
• Issue / Conflict resolution within organizations between organizations and with suppliers and / or customers
• Willingness to Travel Domestically / Internationally as required
• Lead a team of 6 Supply Chain and Program Operations managers

The salary range for this role is 176000 USD - 352000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education / training and key skills.
