Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and maintain contract documents accurately

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

1+ years of experience in contracts administration

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe

Basic computer and typing skills

Paralegal Certification is preferred
