What You'll Do :

Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email, and initiate lead tracking using our Practice Management System (PMS).

Check patients in and out on clinical days, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

Send faxes, coordinate with surgical schedulers, and communicate with operating rooms.

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care.

Ensure all inquiries are responded to within 2 hours.

What We're Looking For :

Willingness to learn and grow in the cosmetic surgery field.

Personable, proactive, and equipped with strong soft skills.

Comfortable using NexTech and managing multi-line phone systems.

Prior experience in a medical or receptionist role is a plus.

Job Highlights :

Pay : $20 - $24 per hour (Depending on experience).

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM.

Type : Temporary / Contract
