The Role

As the Division Chief Financial Officer, South, for our South Division, you will be a pivotal force in steering our strategic financial vision. Based in the dynamic city of Irvine, you will collaborate with our executive team and key leaders to shape and refine the future of healthcare in the region.

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Visionary : Provide strategic and operational leadership for financial services activities, ensuring delivery of high-quality, mission-driven, and cost-effective healthcare.
• Transformation Advocate : Lead efforts to achieve operational goals and deliver on the operational transformation plan across the division.
• Collaborative Partner : Engage with system shared services and support functions to align initiatives with the overarching system's integrated strategic and financial plan.
• Financial Maestro : Oversee financial strategic planning and processes used by executives and the board to establish market direction and policies.
• Innovative Leader : Pioneer strategies and programs to enhance financial performance within the division and across the system, focusing on service delivery and community health.

Leaders applying for this role will be required to work a hybrid schedule, which consists of three days onsite, two days remote and live within a reasonable commuting distance to the ministry or service area they support and lead.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby / on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
