Pay Rate : $22 / hr
The ADC Team Leader is responsible for all ADC operations related to accepting and processing donations, jobs, training experiences and maximizing proficiencies in donation centers. ADC Team Leaders are responsible for covering various work shifts at ADCs, in the warehouse, clearance center, and transportation services as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Ensures 100% donor and customer satisfaction.
2. Manages and coordinates the application of an operation design which includes the processing of donations. Ensures accurate donation counts.
3. Works with transportation and logistics team to ensure that the collection, production and internal distribution of donated products are properly integrated to achieve maximum profitability.
4. Ensures appropriate staffing at the ADC’s at all times. Assists in recruiting and hiring of ADC team members. Will cover when ADC labor shortages exist.
5. Visits ADC’s on a scheduled basis covering loss prevention review, training, schedule review, image including proper dress code, supplies, equipment, and proper donor greeting procedure following Goodwill’s guiding principles.
6. Audits processing procedures and ensures ADC are adhering to outlined expectations and safety standards.
7. Works actively with warehouse supervisors in testing and revising procedures and processes as appropriate.
8. Ensures a work environment for prompt friendly, and courteous donor activities providing “Grand Open Ready” service and 100% donor satisfaction.
9. When required, may operate in a relief driver capacity, sorts salvage and / or donated goods at the Clearance Center and Warehouse.
10. Participates and reports ADC operations in scheduled operational meetings.
11. Provides relief driving support when needed
12. Adheres to all warehouse and personal policies and procedures; follows good safety and security practices, including reporting safety hazards and injuries to their supervisor.
13. Performs all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate proficiency in meeting competencies required for position; able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and / or ability required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
Associates degree in business or related field preferred; Minimum of 2 years of proven success in retail donated goods.
Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS :
Able to read, analyze and interpret general reports and financial statements required to successfully operate ADC’s. Able to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS :
1. Must possess a valid and clean driver’s license, appropriate insurance coverage and a privately owned reliable means of transportation to travel throughout GFL territory to visit stores and ADC locations as necessary.
2. Must be willing to travel and spend considerable time on the road traveling throughout GFL territory
3. Clean and safe driving history as identified with an MVR. Must maintain DOT physical card attached to license. All individuals must pass initial & random drug screenings and driving records will be evaluated on a regular basis.
4. As with all direct reports, must be able to work evenings and weekends on a regular basis to fulfill all responsibilities.
AVAILABILITY :
Must have open and flexible availability and be willing to work evenings and weekends.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is usually working in a comfortable environment. At times, this employee will be exposed to the outside environment when receiving donations. The employee may be in a solitary work environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
