Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Technical Leadership : Lead a team of developers by setting clear technical direction, providing mentorship, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code.
• Architecture and Development : Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Node.js, React, and Next.js.
• CICD Implementation : Implement and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CICD) pipelines to streamline the software development lifecycle.
• Repository Management : Oversee code repositories, branching strategies, and version control systems to ensure codebase integrity and collaboration efficiency.
• Code Reviews : Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver software solutions that meet business needs.
• Technical Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for the codebase, APIs, and system architecture.
• Performance Optimization : Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and other technical issues to ensure optimal application performance.
• Security : Implement and enforce security best practices to protect our applications and data.
• Team Building : Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members as needed.
