In this crucial role, you will help lay the foundation for our daily kitchen success, ensuring every meal starts with care, precision, and a spirit of hospitality.

Responsibilities :

Prepare fresh ingredients according to Chick-fil-As high standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization in all prep areas

Follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately

Support kitchen staff by stocking, rotating, and labeling ingredients

Assist with receiving and storing deliveries

Comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Work collaboratively with team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences

Requirements :

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Commitment to upholding our core values : Service, Ownership, Integrity, and Learning

Flexible availability, including mornings and Saturdays (typical schedule of 8-3)

Prior food service experience is a plus but not required
