Required

  • Minimum 2 years Maternal and Child experience
  • Minimum 2 years IV insertion and Phlebotomy experience
  • Minimum 2 years Conscious Sedation experience

    • Certifications & Licensure

  • Active New York State RN License
  • Primary Source Verification of RN license and registration from New York State Department of Education (NYSED)
  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
