Payroll Administrator

Description

We are looking for a dedicated Payroll Administrator to oversee payroll operations for a workforce of approximately 400 employees in Pompano Beach, Florida. This Contract-to-permanent position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with expertise in full-cycle payroll processing and proficiency in ADP Workforce Now. The role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team within the wholesale distribution industry.

Responsibilities :

• Process full-cycle payroll for approximately 200 employees, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage payroll operations and maintain employee records.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies to uphold employee satisfaction and trust.
• Collaborate with team members to provide support to the Payroll Manager when necessary.
• Prepare, review, and submit payroll reports to meet organizational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Assist with audits by preparing and organizing payroll documentation.
• Continuously evaluate payroll systems and recommend improvements for efficiency.
• Implement best practices in payroll procedures and ensure alignment with company policies.
• Provide guidance and expertise to address payroll-related inquiries from employees

Requirements - Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing.
