This means opening and closing orders keeping track of progress and making sure everything runs smoothly with internal systems. Dispatching and Workflow Management : Its all about assigning the right techs to the right jobs at the right time. Youll be juggling schedules managing workflows and making sure everyone knows where they need to be. Deliver Top-Notch service to customers : Communicate clearly respectfully and in a timely manner with customers during the repair process. Communication : Whether youre connecting with the team or keeping customers in the loop your main priority is to keep everything running smoothly and ensure everyone is aligned. Team Management and Development : Leading a team of techs means motivating them supporting their growth and handling any issues that come up. Its all about building a strong talented crew. Customer Service and Relationship Building : Happy customers are the best customers. Youll be making sure theyre satisfied building strong relationships and delivering a world class experience every time. Customer Service Skills : Youre passionate about delivering top-notch customer experiences. Tech-Savvy : Youre confident using computers and quick to learn new systems. Experience : Familiarity with our industry is a plus but not required well support your learning. Communication : You express yourself clearly both in writing and in conversation Pace : You thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift and no two days are the same. Valid Work Authorization : Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship. Team outings : We regularly attend events and doing things together outside of work. Great team atmosphere : Everyone is willing to help out when needed.
