Job Title : Design Engineer

Location : Romeoville, IL

Salary : $65,000-$90,000

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Design Engineer to join our client's organization in the Romeoville, IL area.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and revise drawings and models from written and verbal specifications.
• Develop effective product and process designs using CAD software.
• Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures for new projects.
• Ensure design accuracy, maintain documentation, and coordinate with other engineers and drafters.
• Manage small projects, maintain project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project.
• Provide technical assistance, participate in meetings, and support sales with project concepts.
