Description : About the Role
We’re hiring a Dealer Services Agent to own the Detroit, MI., market. This is a home-based, remote role, but you must live in the region to support local dealership travel.
You’ll partner with franchise, independent, and highline / luxury dealerships to sell high-impact F&I products and drive consistent, high-volume closings. This role is perfect for automotive pros who thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments—and want uncapped earning potential .
What You’ll Do
- Sell F&I products to franchise, independent, and luxury / highline dealerships throughout the Detroit metro.
- Build relationships with GMs, finance directors, dealer principals, and key decision-makers.
- Close 10–12 deals per week through consultative selling, deal structuring, and menu presentation.
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from outreach to close—while growing your dealership network.
- Operate autonomously in your territory, delivering measurable growth without micromanagement.
