We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and organization of payroll-related data within a fast-paced insurance environment. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive on attention to detail and are eager to contribute to a dynamic team. Preference will be given to applicants currently residing in Hawaii due to the nature of the job requirements.

Responsibilities :

• Input payroll data with precision and verify the accuracy of records.
• Update and maintain employee information in the payroll system.
• Assist in processing payroll and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Organize and manage confidential documents related to payroll and employee records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of payroll tasks.
• Conduct quality checks on entered data to guarantee accuracy.
• Support the department by performing general administrative and data entry duties.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures when handling sensitive information.
• Utilize spreadsheet software and payroll systems effectively to complete assignments.
