The Facilities Operations Manager oversees the daily operations, maintenance, and management of airport facilities infrastructure. This role leads a team of maintenance technicians, custodial staff, and support personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant facility operations that support airport functionality and enhance passenger experience. The position requires coordination with multiple stakeholders including airlines, concessionaires, government agencies, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and manage a team of 7-10 direct reports including maintenance technicians, custodial team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and development opportunities, and manage disciplinary actions.
• Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure appropriate staffing levels across all shifts.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure team compliance with airport safety protocols and OSHA requirements.

Salary : 70,000-100,000

3rd shift : 9 : 00 PM - 5 : 30 AM

This position offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional development within a dynamic airport environment.

Estimated compensation for this position : 70,000.00 100,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
