Position Overview:

• As Chief Legal Officer, you will be the senior-most legal authority, responsible for overseeing all legal matters, ensuring regulatory compliance, and serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership. ● Key Responsibilities: Lead corporate legal strategy and provide counsel on all legal and compliance issues.
• Oversee regulatory matters, including FDA compliance and risk mitigation.
• Manage internal legal operations and external counsel relationships.
• Advise on M&A, corporate governance, IP protection, and commercial contracts.
• Implement best practices to align legal strategy with overall business goals.

Ensure the company’s legal posture is proactive, defensible, and adaptable. ● Qualifications:

• JD (Juris Doctor) and active bar membership required. 20+ years of progressive legal experience, including leadership roles in the life sciences industry.
• Deep expertise in FDA regulations, corporate governance, and commercial transactions.
• Demonstrated success influencing executive teams and guiding legal strategy.
