Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants and partners
Serve as the primary contact for onboarding inquiries and handle post-onboarding change requests
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and identify areas for process improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Legal studies considered an asset
2-3 years of experience in a service-oriented role
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Eagerness to learn and a strong customer-service focus
