A company is looking for an HR Performance Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Consults and advises leaders on performance management processes, including coaching and corrective actions
Conducts investigations and manages sensitive performance-related issues, ensuring proper documentation and resolution
Collaborates with various stakeholders to address performance management concerns and maintain compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
5-8+ years of progressive HR experience with significant employee relations experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
In-depth understanding of employee / labor law and legal compliance requirements
Strong business and HR acumen, with the ability to balance risk management and business objectives
Extensive knowledge in managing sensitive employee situations and internal investigation principles
