We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Palliative Care physician to join our dedicated team in Lafayette, IN. This role offers a flexible Monday to Friday schedule, exceptional work-life balance, and benefits including a signing bonus and relocation assistance. The physician will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, providing care to an average of 25 inpatients daily.

We are searching for a Palliative Care physician who is either Board Eligible or Board Certified to become a valued member of a great team in Lafayette, IN. The team is composed of two physicians, five nurse practitioners, an onsite chaplain, and a dedicated social worker, working to provide exceptional care. In this role, you'll benefit from a flexible schedule, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. On average 25 inpatients daily.
