POSITION TITLE : Warehouse AssociatePOSITION OBJECTIVE : Responsible for assisting in managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including meticulous inventory control, efficient product receiving, accurate packaging, thorough shipping documentation preparation, loading and unloading of trucks, stock replenishment, assisting in other warehouse functions, and fostering a positive work environment among colleagues.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory part numbers, order comments, and system correctness.
- Receives delivery product, identifies, and verifies quantities according to packing lists and purchase orders.
- Execute boxing and palletizing of products in compliance with company procedures for service, safety, verification process of part number, quantity against packing slip and pick ticket.
- Adheres to International Organization for Standard 9001-2015 (ISO 9001-2015) requirements to maintain quality and consistency in regard to Warehouse operations
- Prepares shipping documentation, system updates and collaboration with carriers to maximize timely, and safe delivery of customer products at most effective cost.
- Utilizes shipping programs such as : UPS WorldShip, FedEx, and Priority Courier.
- Prepare and process paperwork for all shipments including bills of lading, letters of instruction, labels, and commercial invoices for international orders.
- Enter order confirmation on shipments to initiate invoices.
- Fulfill pick lists and work orders from inventory
- Cultivate a positive work environment and foster good relationships with coworkers
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organization within workstations and the department to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
High school diploma or equivalent required.Proven experience in a warehouse setting or similar role, demonstrating a solid understanding of warehouse operations.Shipping and receiving experience preferred.Forklift Certification is a plusWork collaboratively and independently in an interrupt driven environment with tight deadlines.Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.Ability to stand and walk throughout shift.Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExceptional attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasksStrong communication and problem-solving skills.Experience with Microsoft Office Suites and basic computer skillsContinuous improvement mindsetChange Management mindsetSafety mindsetCOMPETENCIES :

Controls the movement and storage of products and materials within a warehouse.Receives materials and determines appropriate storage location.Processes transactions to ensure goods and materials are recorded in the Modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), System (Epicor)Follows inventory control, safety and security procedures in line with organization's policies and practices.Concern for Safety- Identifying hazardous or potentially hazardous situations and taking appropriate action to maintain a safe environment for self and others.
